About The Position
Michael and Son Services is seeking goal and career-oriented individuals for rapid growth opportunities to join their fast-paced winning team. No experience is required if the candidate possesses excellent customer service and sales skills. The program will teach the basics, provide necessary tools, and offer opportunities to learn from industry experts. Upon successful completion of the basic training, individuals will be placed on a success track with rapid growth opportunities in management.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.
- Ability to prove or exhibit customer service and sales skills.
- A great attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Complete 8 weeks of fully immersed training at the Richmond Michael and Son Technical Academy and on-the-job training.
- Learn and apply the basics of the service technician business.
- Utilize provided tools and learn from industry-best trainers.
- Develop customer service and sales skills.
- Advance into management roles through internal promotion opportunities.
