About The Position

As a Sales Support Technician, you will assist sales representatives, sales managers, and financial security advisors throughout the entire sales process and in the implementation of individual contracts. You will be required to communicate with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to provide information about our products, tools, and services. Your primary mission will be to offer essential support to the distribution team on a national scale.

Requirements

  • Hold a DEC in administration
  • Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with colleagues, partners, clients, or English-speaking suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives (bilingualism).
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word functions.
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions.

Nice To Haves

  • The successful candidates will be required to undergo an oral and written English test.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, analyze, and respond to requests made by phone or in writing by our business partners, representatives, and sales managers in the individual sector concerning the services and tools offered (without providing financial advice), and ensure the required follow-ups.
  • Communicate with external advisors to respond to their information requests and assist them in using the tools available on our secure site.
  • Gather relevant information and collaborate with the various departments of the Company to resolve specific situations or more complex files.
  • Create and produce various documents related to the department's activities—reports, lists, charts, tables, letters, presentations—using appropriate software, and develop specialized tools or reports as needed.
  • Participate in the organization of special events and training sessions for our clients, and support representatives/trainers by providing them with the necessary materials and tools.
  • Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to facilitate the targeting and follow-up of development activities.
  • Organize and publish on the sector intranet documents, file updates, and work tools intended for the department teams.
  • Support the administrative agent, particularly by preparing mail (postal and internal distribution) and preparing, upon request, product kits for the department, advisors, or agencies; also ensure the updating and accuracy of promotional material.
