Service Technician
About The Position
Perform the fireplace service and maintenance calls. Cleaning, diagnostic and repair of gas and pellet fireplaces. Review and follow schedule through designated system. Complete work orders on the job site and upload work tickets into system on iPad. Ensure all parts and accessories are loaded on vehicle for each project. Interact and provide answers to customers. Maintain a professional attitude and effective communication with customers and office staff. Follow OSHA rules and company safety standards. Properly maintain company issued vehicle, electronics and tools provided.
Requirements
- Ability to follow your schedule
- Communication skills
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs or more
- Valid OR Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Regular attendance is required
Nice To Haves
- Previous technician experience is preferred, but not required
