About The Position
Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is looking for high‑energy, reliable, customer‑focused team players to join their team as a Service Technician. This role is ideal for individuals who communicate well, learn fast, and enjoy a fast‑paced environment, offering a chance to build a long‑term career with no prior automotive experience required. A Driver’s License is strongly preferred but not mandatory. As a Service Technician, you will help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.
Requirements

- Comfortable in enclosed or semi‑outdoor workspaces
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Any level of automotive experience
- Valid Driver’s License (strongly preferred)
- State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
- Customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask
Responsibilities
- Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
- Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
- Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
- Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
- Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
- Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
- Participate in on‑site and online training
- Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
- Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
- Perform other assigned duties
