Requirements

  • MUST have a valid training certificate in one or more of the following products: Lenel, AMAG, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, C-Cure, Alarm.com
  • MUST have at least 3 years of recent experience working as a field service or installation technician at an electronic security company.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs to faulty security systems
  • Follow up on service calls in order of priority according to importance
  • Carry out repairs to defective systems assigned to him according to company norms and standards
  • Ensure that the correct recommendations for use are passed on to customers
  • Ensure follow-up of customer service according to company policies and procedures
  • Transmit usage recommendations to customers
  • Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure follow-up of customer service

  • Produce a report on service calls made
  • Manage repair inventories
