About The Position

RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for driven and detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team. This role involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on various powersports vehicles, working with an experienced team, and ensuring quality work to keep customers riding safely. The company provides paid factory training, mentorship, and facilities equipped with OEM-required specialty tools.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred)
• Familiar with inventory systems and POS software preferred (CDK, Lightspeed, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment screening including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)
