About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Shop Service Technician to join our Muncy, PA team. This is a hands-on opportunity to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of construction, industrial, agricultural, aerial, landscape, and fleet equipment. If you enjoy troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems - and want access to ongoing training and the support of an experienced service team - we'd like to talk with you.

Requirements

Mechanically strong, dependable, and enjoys solving problems
Experience with construction or heavy equipment repair
Experience with diesel engines and combustion systems
Experience with hydraulic systems
Experience with DC electrical systems and electrical diagnostics
Experience with welding and fabrication
Experience with computerized diagnostic systems
Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
Ability to read service manuals and technical documentation
Strong mechanical fundamentals and the ability to diagnose problems
A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems using your mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic skills
Repair and maintain construction, compact, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, landscape, and fleet equipment
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, equipment setup, and pre-delivery preparation
Use schematics, service manuals, diagnostic software, and other technical resources to identify and resolve problems
Complete repair documentation and warranty claims accurately
Communicate equipment issues, recommended repairs, and completed work with the service team
Help keep rental and customer equipment safe, reliable, and ready to go to work
