We’re hiring a Service Technician who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and helping customers keep their tools running efficiently. Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience repairing small engines, construction tools, or pneumatic/electric power tools preferred
  • Previous experience in construction or industrial supply industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and electric power tools including nail guns and staple guns
  • Provide customers with guidance on proper tool operation and maintenance
  • Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Complete documentation such as work orders, parts orders, and service records
  • Partner with the sales team to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Deliver professional, friendly customer service during all service interactions
