About The Position

This is a field-based position where you will spend most of your day on the road, servicing customers at their homes and businesses. You will start and end your day from your service area, not from an office. We are looking for a motivated Service Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for customer retention and reducing callbacks by completing all assigned stops. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

Requirements

No prior pest control experience required - paid training and licensing provided
Great communication and problem-solving skills
A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Servicing customers at their homes and businesses
Customer retention
Reducing callbacks by completing all assigned stops
Delivering quality service
Exceeding customer expectations
Representing Alta with pride
Managing your own service route throughout the day
Working independently outdoors in different neighborhoods
Treating homes per day
Communicating with clients, explaining treatments, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Driving company vehicles
Cleaning work areas
Assisting with other administrative tasks
Working closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly
Ensuring every customer experience is a great one
