The Service Technician at Hendrick Subaru (Hoover) is responsible for identifying necessary vehicle service and performing the repair, service, and/or maintenance work. This role involves examining customer vehicles, identifying necessary repairs, estimating costs, and performing the work efficiently according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines. The technician will document services, request parts, and utilize available technologies to enhance customer experience. Maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above Company standards, keeping an organized, clean, and safe work area, and participating in required training are also key aspects.
