Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with Volkswagen or similar brands.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
