Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to use ladders, power tools, and hand tools safely.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction, carpentry, handyman services, home improvement, or residential service work preferred.
• Experience servicing or installing residential windows and doors.
• General carpentry or remodeling experience.
• Knowledge of siding, trim, caulking, and exterior home repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls and repairs on residential windows, entry doors, and siding.
• Diagnose issues and determine the best repair solutions.
• Complete maintenance, adjustments, and light carpentry work.
• Install or replace hardware, weatherstripping, caulking, and trim as needed.
• Perform touch-up painting and finishing work when required.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle in a clean and organized condition.
• Accurately document completed work and communicate repair recommendations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
