WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT Full-time, year-round work Variety of work — not just one type of repair Paid training to expand your skills (RV systems, appliances, etc.) Opportunities to grow within the company Supportive, team-focused environment Employee discounts on RVs, parts, and service WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON Diagnose and repair RV systems (12V/120V electrical, plumbing, appliances) Perform maintenance, inspections, and general repairs Work on furnaces, water heaters, refrigerators, and propane systems Complete work orders and document repairs clearly Communicate with Service Advisors and occasionally customers WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR You’ll be a strong fit if you have experience in: Automotive repair RV or trailer service Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or general trades If you enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving, this role is for you. WHAT YOU BRING Experience as a technician, mechanic, or in a skilled trade Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid driver’s license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Red Seal certification is an asset (not required) WORKING CONDITIONS Indoor and outdoor work Physically active role (lifting, bending, standing) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Weekend availability (Saturdays) required Overtime available during peak season Fraserway RV is Canada’s largest vertically integrated RV company, with full-service dealerships across the country. Requirements
- Experience as a technician, mechanic, or in a skilled trade
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
