About The Position

Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician to manage their own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This role offers flexible scheduling, a defined territory, and uncapped earning potential through sales incentives. Technicians will have a support team and receive extensive training to earn necessary licenses. The position involves managing a route, inspecting properties, treating for pests, and looking for sales opportunities. A tablet, vehicle, and gas card are provided. Requirements

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
• Self-starter who thrives working independently
• Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
