About The Position

RDO Equipment Co. is hiring a Service Technician for its RDO Washburn store, part of the RDO Midwest Agriculture division. The team serves farmers around Western North Dakota by providing agriculture products, services, and parts. The technician diagnoses and repairs equipment, troubleshoots issues, communicates with customers during repairs, follows safety procedures, keeps the shop organized, and participates in training to keep up with changing technology. Requirements

Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics; diesel mechanics experience is preferred.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills for working with customers and teammates.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Keen attention to detail.
Valid work authorization and ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
