About The Position

Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician to manage their own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This role services Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas. The position offers training pay of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour plus uncapped sales incentives. Technicians set their own schedules, manage a defined territory, and have unlimited earning potential. A supportive team and extensive training are provided. The company emphasizes a culture of teamwork, trust, and excellence.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
• Self-starter who thrives working independently
• Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs).
• Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
