About The Position
Alta Pest Control is seeking a motivated Service Professional to join their growing team. This is a field-based position where you will be responsible for customer retention and reducing callbacks by completing all assigned stops. The mission is to deliver quality service, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride. Every day is a little different, but the core mission remains the same.
Requirements
- No prior pest control experience required - paid training and licensing provided.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Service customers at their homes and businesses.
- Manage your own service route throughout the day.
- Work independently outdoors in different neighborhoods.
- Treat 10-15 homes per day.
- Communicate with clients, explaining treatments, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Drive company vehicles.
- Clean work areas.
- Assist with other administrative tasks.
- Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly.
- Ensure every customer experience is a great one.
