About The Position

The Tire Technician is responsible for installing tires and wheels, performing wheel alignments, and supporting daily shop operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring customers receive safe, reliable service while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is a dependable, hands-on team member who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering excellent service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience mounting and balancing tires required
• Strong mechanical ability and comfort working with tools
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic required

Nice To Haves

• Experience performing wheel alignments preferred

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels
• Perform wheel alignments using shop equipment
• Inspect tires, wheels, and vehicles to ensure safety and quality standards
• Assist with test drives when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards
• Assist other team members when needed to support daily operations
• Properly maintain tools and equipment
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers
• Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Support the team in delivering a positive customer experience
