About The Position

Go Langley Mitsubishi is looking for an experienced Journeyman / Automotive Service Technician to join their busy service team. This role offers a steady workflow, premium brand training, a clean professional shop, and long-term growth opportunities within one of Canada's largest automotive groups. The position involves diagnosing, servicing, and repairing customer vehicles, completing maintenance and repairs on various vehicle systems, performing inspections, writing repair stories, supporting customer-facing repair videos, road testing vehicles, identifying recommended repairs, following procedures, and maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements

• Journeyman Technician Dealer experience an asset
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Own tools required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong documentation habits
• Comfort with inspections, repair videos, and detailed repair stories
• CDK or similar dealership system experience is an asset
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to keep learning

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles
• Complete maintenance and repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, electrical, HVAC, cooling, and related systems
• Perform accurate inspections
• Write clear repair stories using condition, cause, and correction notes
• Support customer-facing repair videos and explanations
• Road test vehicles for diagnosis and quality control
• Identify and communicate recommended repairs
• Follow warranty, recall, safety, and dealership procedures
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and fellow technicians
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
