About The Position

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for their 181-unit community. This role involves handling day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. The technician will respond to service tickets, maintain the property's condition, and serve as the primary contact for resident repair needs.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)

• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets.
• Keep the property in top shape.
• Be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.
