About The Position

Lion Real Estate Group is hiring a full-time Service Technician for its Hampton Chase apartment community in Nashville, Tennessee. The technician works alongside onsite teams to complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and help keep the property safe, functional, and well-maintained. The role includes routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances; completing work orders efficiently and carefully; providing friendly service to residents; and participating in an on-call rotation to support the community 24/7. A $1,000 signing bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Great communication and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take a hands-on approach.
• Valid driver's license.
• Insured, operable vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience is preferred.
• EPA or HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Assist with apartment unit turns.
• Help ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Provide friendly service and communicate professionally with residents.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support the property 24/7.
