About The Position

We are seeking a Service Technician with a “Whatever It Takes” approach to join our maintenance team! In this full-time role, you will help ensure the physical aspects of our 388-unit apartment community meet company standards, resident expectations, and applicable compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Nice To Haves
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certifications
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and complete service requests including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and support day-to-day property upkeep
- Complete make-readies and assist in maintaining curb appeal and community appearance
- Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests and resident concerns
- Communicate clearly with residents, office staff, and maintenance leadership regarding repairs and updates
