About The Position

RideNow Powersports is looking for driven and detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team. We are hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs. This role involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft, depending on skill level. Technicians will work with an experienced team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety, following all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources provided by the facility. The goal is to keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work and staying current with training and certifications, which are paid for by the company.

Requirements

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background check and MVR.

Responsibilities
