About The Position

War Horse Harley-Davidson is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Service Technicians across all experience levels to join their expanding team. The role involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles, collaborating with an experienced team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Technicians are expected to follow all OEM procedures using provided specialized tools and resources, deliver quality work to ensure customer safety and confidence, and stay current with training and certifications, which are company-paid.

Requirements

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles (Harley-Davidson) depending on skill level
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)
