About The Position
We are looking for experienced Hyundai Certified Service Technicians to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong mechanical abilities and the desire to learn. The day-to-day duties include performing routine maintenance and repairs for customers. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of related experience or alternative training
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoys working in a dynamic environment
- A teammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to test drive vehicles.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and to the dealership's standards
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
- Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
