Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using hand and power tools

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction, carpentry, handyman work, remodeling, or home improvement is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Repair and service replacement windows, entry doors, and siding
• Perform maintenance and light repair work at customer homes
• Provide basic caulking, finishing, and touch-up painting support
• Diagnose issues and document repair needs
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Travel to customer job sites using a company vehicle
• Deliver excellent customer service during every appointment
