Pregis is seeking a Field Service Technician for the DFW area, with travel extending down the I-35 corridor. This role reports to the Field Services Manager and is primarily responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and management of Pregis Packaging and Sharp Systems/Equipment, with a predominant focus on Pregis Packaging equipment. The technician will also assist with customer equipment needs and communicate technical and non-technical information to Pregis Systems Administrators, Regional and Account Managers, and customers. The position is fully remote, based out of an assigned territory or regional area, requiring daily local travel Monday to Friday to customer sites, with overtime as required.
