About The Position

RideNow Powersports - Weatherford is looking for driven and detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team. This role involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on various powersports vehicles, working collaboratively with an experienced team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality work. The company provides paid factory training, mentorship, and clear advancement paths.

Requirements

• MMI Graduate or equivalent manufacturer certifications preferred
• Verifiable powersports technician experience
• Master Certs or A/B level certifications encouraged
• Own a set of comprehensive tools
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated, organized and punctual

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)
