About The Position

Nelson Tractor Company is a leading dealer in agriculture and construction equipment, and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Service Technician to join our Service Department. This is a full-time position working with a wide variety of equipment, like Kubota, in a fast-paced, supportive shop environment.

Requirements

• Solid experience in the repair and maintenance of ag and/or construction equipment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and use diagnostic/computer tools as needed
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on doing quality work
• A team player with a customer-first mindset
• Owns the tools needed for the job

Responsibilities

• Service and repair tractors, mowers, and construction equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and help prepare estimates for repairs
• Work closely with Service Advisors to make sure we’re meeting customer needs
• Stay current with ongoing training and best practices
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop atmosphere
• Ensure every job is done right and the customer leaves satisfied
