Requirements

Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
A team player who treats residents and coworkers with Respect, communicates with Integrity, and takes ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

Complete service requests efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
Help maintain the appearance and safety of our 184-unit community.
Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure residents receive prompt emergency service.
