About The Position

Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician to manage their own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships in the Mapleton, New Richland, and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible hours, unlimited earning potential through uncapped sales incentives, and a supportive team environment. Technicians will receive extensive training and licensing support. The position involves managing a defined territory, planning daily tasks, and prioritizing stops to build lasting client relationships. While independent in the field, technicians are backed by a strong support team.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
• Self-starter who thrives working independently
• Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.

• Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.
