Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement for driving company vehicles)
- Comfortable using power tools, inspection equipment, and computer programs
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Reliable attendance and safe driving record
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of construction, home improvement, or related trades preferred
- Experience in sales and customer service is a plus
Responsibilities
- Travel to customers’ homes for pre-scheduled service appointments
- Inspect past installations, identify issues, and recommend system upgrades
- Perform annual maintenance and resolve warranty concerns
- Provide homeowners with professional advice and excellent service
- Meet or exceed monthly performance and sales goals
- Complete all paperwork, data entry, and follow-up communication
- Safely operate a company vehicle and represent our values on every visit
