About The Position

We are actively hiring experienced Automotive Technicians at multiple skill levels, including Flat Rate Technicians, up to Master Technicians! This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing dealership service team with a strong workflow, modern equipment, and ongoing manufacturer training. Technicians in this role will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and efficiency. EV Technicians will focus on advanced electric vehicle systems, including battery diagnostics, high-voltage components, and emerging automotive technologies.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of dealership automotive, repair experience, flat rate candidates.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including electrical and drivability concerns.
  • Experience with routine maintenance and complex repairs (brakes, suspension, engine, electrical systems).
  • ASE certifications (A1–A8, L1, or L3) and/or manufacturer certifications.
  • Ability to efficiently complete work in a flat-rate environment and meet productivity goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for diagnostics and repair documentation.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or training in electric and hybrid vehicle systems highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles efficiently and accurately
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues
  • Complete work according to dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Accurately document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors
  • Maintain productivity levels in a flat-rate pay structure
  • Stay current with evolving automotive technology, including EV systems
  • Follow all safety protocols, especially when working with high-voltage EV components
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
