Service Technician - Class C
About The Position
Porsche of Beverly Hills is hiring a Class C Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Porsche vehicles according to manufacturer standards. This flat-rate role works in a high-volume service department handling customer and warranty work, with modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-approved tools. Technicians collaborate with service advisors and other shop staff while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The flat-rate pay range is $18.42–$60.00 per hour, depending on level. The position may also be eligible for short- and/or long-term incentives, including production and productivity bonuses. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Requirements
- At least 3 years of previous automotive service technician experience.
- Diagnostic and repair skills.
- Ability to succeed in a busy automotive shop while working collaboratively with technicians and service staff.
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence and an acceptable driving record.
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
