About The Position

Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician to manage their own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, with the current route operating Sunday - Thursday. Technicians will have their own territory to manage and build, with unlimited earning potential through uncapped sales incentives. A strong support team and extensive training program are provided to ensure success. The role involves providing pest control services for homes and businesses, inspecting properties, treating for common pests, building customer relationships, and growing the route through sales. Technicians will use basic equipment and tools and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
• Self-starter who thrives working independently
• Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
