Service Technician
About The Position
Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician to manage their own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, the opportunity to manage a defined territory, and uncapped earning potential through sales incentives. Technicians are supported by a strong team and receive extensive training to earn necessary licenses. The position involves servicing homes and businesses, inspecting properties, treating for pests, and growing the route through sales. The role requires using basic equipment and tools, working in various indoor and outdoor conditions, and utilizing mobile apps for daily tasks.
Requirements
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Physical requirements: Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
