About The Position
Automatic Entrances of Wisconsin (AEW) is a nationally recognized, award-winning sales and service distributor of automatic sliding, swing, revolving, and security door equipment. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service and products while offering career opportunities for professional and financial growth. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing state-of-the-art door equipment. This is a full-time position with occasional night/weekend on-call requirements and ample opportunities for overtime. You’ll work independently, represent AEW with professionalism, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is local to the Green Bay, Appleton, and Oshkosh areas.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic with quality customer service
- Problem solving skills
- Electrical and/or mechanical or construction experience
- Knowledge and experience with power and hand tools
- A detailed oriented work approach
- Ability to work without supervision
- Be able to pass a drug test
- Be able to pass a physical
Responsibilities
- Service and repair of automatic swing, sliding, revolving and security door equipment throughout Wisconsin
- Communicate with management, sales department, general contractors and end-users
- Fill out proper paperwork to meet company requirements
