Requirements
- Experience in any of the following fields: General maintenance, Automotive repair, HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Electrical, Carpentry
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, and who is detail orientated with speed and accuracy
