About The Position
Central Ag Supply Inc. of Juneau & Baraboo are now hiring additional Dairy Equipment, Refrigeration & Robotics Technicians. This role offers a new experience at a different place every day, working on technology that matters in modern dairy operations. We are looking for hands-on problem solvers who love technical challenges and enjoy mechanical systems, robotics, refrigeration, and electrical work.
Requirements
- Curiosity and strong mechanical/technical ability
- Willingness to learn dairy systems & cow physiology
- Solid communication and documentation skills
- Professionalism, reliability, teamwork
- Mechanical: 1 year (Required)
- English (Required)
- Ability to commute/relocate to Juneau, WI or Baraboo, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Entry Level to Proficient in the Ag Industry or Service Trades

Responsibilities
- Install, service & troubleshoot advanced dairy, robotic, and refrigeration systems
- Join a rotating 24/7 on-call team for emergency repairs
- Analyze system performance to keep high-tech dairy operations running smoothly
- Build expertise in robotics, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and welding
- Train directly with manufacturers & industry pros
- Deliver outstanding customer service that farmers can count on
