About The Position

Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is seeking an experienced Part-Time Service Technician to support homeowners throughout the Pittsburgh market. This flexible field-based role focuses on completing warranty work, service calls, repairs, and punch list items for windows, doors, baths, sunrooms, and exterior remodeling projects. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with homeowners, and enjoys working independently. Whether you're looking for supplemental income, a flexible schedule, or you're an experienced installer looking to pick up additional work, we'd love to talk. Depending on workload and your experience, there may also be opportunities to assist with installation projects.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the home improvement industry
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Dependable work ethic and professionalism

Nice To Haves

Experience servicing or installing windows, doors, baths, sunrooms, siding, or other exterior remodeling products preferred

Responsibilities

Complete residential warranty and service calls for windows, doors, baths, sunrooms, and exterior remodeling projects
Diagnose product, installation, and performance issues and determine the appropriate solution
Perform repairs, adjustments, punch list items, and other corrective work
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each service visit
Coordinate with project managers, customer service, and installation teams as needed
Travel throughout the Pittsburgh market to customer homes
Assist with installation projects when available and desired
