About The Position

Don Larson Ford of Don Larson Automotive, a family-owned and operated dealership in Baraboo, Wisconsin, is seeking an Entry-Level skill level technician to join the fastest growing Ford Dealership in Wisconsin! We offer great pay and benefits in a modern facility and great working environment. Flexible schedule available. No Saturday service requirement.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Automotive school/training is a plus, but not required
• Basic computer literacy required
• Valid driving record
• Insurable to drive customer and company vehicles

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and automotive services.
• Assist experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics.
• Perform oil changes, tire services, brake inspections, and other routine services.
• Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Use Ford service information and diagnostic equipment.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow dealership and Ford safety and repair procedures.
• Continue developing your skills through hands-on training.
