We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technician to work in our diverse and expanding Service dept. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of all automotive systems. From powertrain performance to interior fit and finish, our technicians approach every detail with care, pride, and technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated mechanical expertise and proficiency with professional-grade tools
  • Ability to perform hands-on work requiring strength, precision, and dexterity
  • Comfortable working in and around vehicles, including confined spaces
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify even the smallest imperfections
  • Ability to learn and retain detailed processes while maintaining a consistent, high level of output
  • Professional attitude with a commitment to teamwork, accountability, and maintaining a respectful, safety-focused workplace
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to utilize digital tools such as tablets in daily workflow

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Automotive Technician
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in high-quality automotive assembly or service
  • Proven experience with solid rear axle differential setup (ring and pinion)
  • Background working on complete vehicles, particularly in restoration, performance, or luxury automotive environments

Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and refine complete powertrain systems, including engines, transmissions, driveline components, and rear axle assemblies
  • Integrate advanced electrical systems, control modules, and wiring harnesses with precision and reliability
  • Assemble and fine-tune chassis systems, including suspension, steering, braking, and exhaust, ensuring optimal performance and drivability
  • Execute high-quality installation and alignment of interior components, trim, and body-related elements such as doors and closures
  • Perform detailed setup of solid rear axle assemblies, including accurate adjustment of pinion depth and backlash-critical to vehicle refinement
  • Mount and balance wheels and tires to exacting standards
  • Carry out detailed sub-assembly work with a focus on fit, finish, and repeatable quality
  • Utilize hand tools and fabrication equipment to modify, adjust, and perfect components where necessary
  • Follow precise work instructions while maintaining the flexibility and judgment expected of a skilled craftsman
  • Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and pre-delivery evaluations, including test drives, ensuring each vehicle meets Revology's uncompromising standards
  • Maintain an immaculate, safe, and organized workspace reflective of a premium automotive environment
  • Support Service, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), and Warranty vehicles with the same level of care and attention as new builds
