About The Position

TCR North America is seeking skilled and motivated Service Technicians/Mechanics – GSE/Diesel to join their new Salt Lake City Team. As a Service Technician/Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers' equipment and vehicles are always ready for operation. Based at the TCR workshop in Salt Lake City, you will be part of a supportive team with clear pathways for career growth and advancement as TCR continues to expand. The primary focus will be maintaining maximum availability and performance of vehicles and equipment to meet customer needs efficiently.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License required.
Must provide personal hand tools.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in using mobile devices and relevant applications.
A solid understanding of essential safety, quality, and operational protocols.
A growth-oriented mindset, collaborative team spirit, eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and integrity.

Nice To Haves

CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, adjust, and repair equipment and vehicles, including electrical, brake, hydraulic, cooling, power steering systems, engines, and other standard electrical components.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and inspections independently, following manufacturer and customer requirements.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, maintaining rigorous quality control and product integrity.
Act responsibly to prevent injuries, adhere to safety regulations, use safety equipment appropriately, report incidents, and promote health and safety initiatives.
