Requirements

• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a heart for service.
• Readiness to work a flexible schedule (weekdays and weekends) between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with residential maintenance.
• Comfortable working on a variety of systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing high-quality maintenance and service calls on residential systems according to Edelman standards.
• Provide homeowners with a high-quality, "World Class" experience from the moment you walk through the door.
• Work under the Service Manager to sharpen your skills and become an expert in the trades.
• Maintain a clean workspace and ensure every maintenance task is completed with integrity and precision.
