About The Position

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking for a Maintenance Technician 3 to join their team in St. Augustine, FL. This role is responsible for ensuring facility maintenance initiatives and production goals are achieved. The position involves performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing sustaining actions on facility and production assets. Additionally, the technician will perform preventative, predictive, and service maintenance on various assets including CNC machines, boilers, fiber placement equipment, automation systems, conduction systems, HVAC, air compressors/dryers, gas systems, hydraulic systems, bridge cranes/jibs, plumbing, chillers, and general building systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, team-oriented, and process-driven.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of Facilities Maintenance
Computer (including Microsoft office), math, analytical, and planning skills
CMMS knowledge
Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance and SAP clearance

Nice To Haves

Technical certification or degree with 6+ years of experience working in the manufacturing industry as a multi-craft technician
Electrician: Must be proficient and knowledgeable in 3-phase and single-phase power distribution, motor controls, wiring and troubleshooting of such systems
Working knowledge of HVAC maintenance
Working knowledge of controls and logic
RO systems
