Services products and equipment in assigned territory. Identifies, analyzes, and repairs instruments and products at customer's location. Performs preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, and modifications. Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need. Maintains stock of inventory and equipment, and documents service-related activities. Provides training, re-training, and follow-up at customer site. Role could be performed by an employee with a minimum of a high school education or equivalent plus two years technical training, and six years of relevant experience. You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
