About The Position

Services products and equipment in assigned territory. Identifies, analyzes, and repairs instruments and products at customer's location. Performs preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, and modifications. Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need. Maintains stock of inventory and equipment, and documents service-related activities. Provides training, re-training, and follow-up at customer site. Role could be performed by an employee with a minimum of a high school education or equivalent plus two years technical training, and six years of relevant experience. You will work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment to include cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking and refrigeration. You will typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites. You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

  • An accredited High School Diploma or GED
  • 4-6 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience
  • A valid Driver’s License and ability to drive multiple hours daily
  • Ability to work Overtime and On-Call as required
  • Ability to attend industry leading training at corporate headquarters in Troy, OH
