Quality Trusted Commercial is looking for a skilled Commercial Roofing Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in diagnosing roof issues, performing high-quality repairs, and delivering exceptional service to customers. You will work directly in the field, completing inspections, troubleshooting leaks, performing repairs, and supporting the overall success of our commercial roofing service operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on commercial roofing experience
  • Practical knowledge of roofing systems
  • Strong ability to diagnose leaks and perform technical repairs
  • Commitment to safety and proper use of fall protection and PPE
  • Experience documenting work through photos, reports, or digital tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and workmanship
  • Professional communication skills and customer service focus
  • Valid driver's license and relaible transportation
  • Willingness to travel locally to job sites and work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Perform service repairs and maintenance on commercial roofing systems
  • Diagnose leaks and determine proper repair solutions
  • Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
  • Conduct roof inspections and document findings with photos and reports
  • Assist in generating additional repair opportunities and proposals
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety policies while working at heights
  • Maintain accurate daily job documentation and service records
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendations
  • Support crew leaders and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly maintained
  • Contribute to meeting service department productivity and revenue goals
