About The Position

This is a great opportunity for a Class C Dealership Experience technician who enjoys their craft but feels capped on hours, growth or support. This opportunity is designed with you in mind! We offer a productive, state-of-the-art, brand new facility for a Highline brand, and we are the only Genesis dealer in Nevada. We provide paid training and real-world experience from day one. Master Technicians can earn up to $50 per hour flat rate. We have approachable, fair leadership that values technician input & experience. We also offer company-provided uniforms and tool assistance programs as you advance.

Requirements

Class C Dealership Experience technician
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

ASE or manufacturer certifications (preferred, not required for all levels)

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.
Communicate with the Service Advisor to obtain descriptions of perceived problems.
Examine vehicles to identify necessary service or repair.
Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair.
Attend factory-recommended training and be able to apply that training to the job.
Keep abreast of new automotive technologies and information.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
