About The Position

This is a great opportunity for a productive, Class C Dealership Experience technician who enjoys their craft but feels capped on hours, growth, or support. This opportunity is designed with you in mind! We offer a state-of-the-art, brand new facility for a high-line brand, being the only Genesis dealer in Nevada. We provide paid training and real-world experience from day one. Master Technicians can earn up to $50 per hour flat rate. We have approachable, fair leadership that values technician input and experience. We also offer company-provided uniforms and tool assistance programs as you advance.

Requirements

Class C Dealership Experience technician
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Must be able to pass a drug test.

ASE or manufacturer certifications

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.
Communicate with the Service Advisor immediately if additional work is needed.
Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair.
Keep abreast of new automotive technology and techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
