Requirements

Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to participate in an on-call rotation.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and work in confined spaces.
Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
Ability to reach overhead for extended periods.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

HVAC or EPA Certification.
Pool operation and maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Perform daily maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including make-ready repairs.
Perform preventative maintenance on apartments, buildings, and equipment.
Maintain the appearance of the community, including grounds and common areas.
Assist with pool operation and maintenance, where applicable.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop.
Participate in the community's 24-hour emergency on-call rotation.
Deliver outstanding customer service while interacting with residents and team members.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
